The Q Swim App is available on the IOS App Store and the Android Play Store – just search Q Swim.

What is the best way to get started

The best way to familiarise yourself with the app is to start in the education section. Watch the ‘How to use the Q swim app’ video. Next, check out the PDF’s for specific information on how to perform the different tests outlined. From there, start testing and establish some baseline measures. Once you have done this, explore the rest of the app for exercises videos and specific interventions.

I can’t find my verification code. What do I do?

Verification codes are sent to the email you used to register the device. Please remember to check your junk mail for this verification code if it didn’t appear in your inbox. I’m a SQ member but haven’t received a code. What should I do?

SQ will be checking our database throughout the season for newly financial eligible swimmers and sending out coupon codes. The first coupon codes will be sent in September. If it has been a few months since you became financial for the 18/19 season and you are an eligible* swimmer, please complete this online form and we will check into it for you as soon as we can.

I’m a SQ member with multiple swimmers in the family. What do I do?

Any family who has multiple eligible* swimmers will be sent 1 coupon code along with instructions to add their additional eligible* swimmers, so no one will miss out.

How do I cancel my subscription?


Like all apps, cancelling your Q Swim subscription is managed through your iTunes or Google Play account. This description below is for Apple products but the principles also apply to Google Play store.

  1. Launch the Settings app.

  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.

  3. Tap on your Apple ID.

  4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.

  5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.

  6. Tap Subscriptions.

  7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
